FAQ

Harvesters UK Academy is an initiative designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the modern marketplace. It offers structured training programs across various fields, including technical and non-technical roles, market readiness, mentorship, and facilitator training. The academy provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help participants secure and excel in high-demand careers.

The academy is open to everyone, including beginners and professionals looking to upskill. There are courses designed for different levels of expertise, from foundational programs for those with no prior experience to advanced training for professionals seeking to enhance their skills.

Some courses are offered for free as part of the church’s empowerment initiative, while others may require a minimal fee to cover resources and certifications. Course fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated during registration

Most courses last at least three weeks, with training sessions typically held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Courses are delivered virtually, allowing participants to learn from anywhere. The programs include a mix of theoretical lessons, hands-on projects, assessments, and mentorship sessions.

It is recommended that students focus on one course at a time to ensure they fully grasp the content and complete the assignments. However, if course schedules do not overlap, you may be able to enroll in multiple programs.

Students who successfully complete a course will receive a Certificate of Completion. Additionally, graduates will be connected to the Marketplace Development Team, which supports their transition into job opportunities, internships, or practical projects within their field. The academy also provides ongoing mentorship and networking events to foster long-term career growth.
